How many people classify as a group? Bookings of 16+ classify as a group. Parties 15 and under can be booked directly via our website.

How do I book a group dining experience? Click ‘BOOK NOW’ under the location of your choice. From there, you can explore specific booking options. Once you find the perfect space for your event, you’ll either reserve directly or submit a request. Our team will be in touch within 1-2 business days to discuss everything we need to make your event a success.

What is your cancellation policy? We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your event. Specific cancellation policies vary by location and event size. We typically require 24 hours’ notice, after which cancellation fees may apply.

Is a minimum spend required? Depending on your event specifics, there may be a minimum spend associated with your event space. The booking manager at your desired location will discuss this in detail once you submit your request. All minimum spends are before taxes and gratuity.

What if my event doesn’t meet a minimum spend requirement? In this case, a room rental fee will be added to your bill to meet the minimum requirement.

Is a prix fixe menu mandatory? There may be a prix fixe menu requirement for your booking, depending on the location and event specifics. The booking manager at your location will discuss menu options in detail once you submit your request. When a prix fixe menu is selected, it will apply to all guests in your party.

How do prix fixe menus work? Menu offerings vary by location and can be tailored to your event. Menus typically include between two and four courses and may feature either shared starters and desserts or individual selections for each guest. What if my guests have allergies and/or dietary restrictions? Prix fixe menus allow substitutions for allergies and or dietary requests. If ordering from our à la carte menu we proudly offer gluten smart, vegetarian and vegan friendly options. View the menu at your preferred location to preview these options.

Can we pay separately?  For ease of execution and a timely billing process, we prefer the bill to be settled with one payment.  If discussed with the booking manager in advance, we may be able to split payment equally on separate cards.
